Walking must be a pleasure, providing well-being and health to both the body and the mind. With this desire we have created a path that aims to achieve it all, the first step is to start walking barefoot, just as we did as children. We will reap many benefits, the first will be to rediscover the forgotten sensations that our body will recognise as natural, therefore healthy. The important thing, however, is that all we will be fully aware of our all the activities, and everything we will do. Walking, focusing on the shape of the ground, its nature, grass, earth, leaves, stones, water, moisture, temperature, mud, and moss, will be a new experience waiting to be discovered.
Along the way you will come across symbolic places, full of sacredness and power, with a little practice you will learn to feel it.
Along the path you will find a stream, it is called "Acqua Pazza" (Mad Water).
Our path will be highlighted with coloured wooden squares, green for the path itself.
