The restaurant is located on a terrace facing the lake, only dinners and candlelight are served. The dishes are mostly local specialties revisited, grilled meat and fish, accompanied with local wines. There are also dishes that follow the seasonality of the products.

  • 320 g Carnaroli rice
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 40 g butter
  • 80 g Grana Padano DOP
  • Vegetable broth
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Fry the onion. Add the rice and rosemary (very finely chopped).
When the rice is very hot, add the vegetable broth.
To reach the desired doneness, stir in parmesan butter and lemon juice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and grated lemon peel.
